Return and warranty?

We want returning an item(s) to be as easy as possible for our dear customers. Our warm and friendly customer service team are available daily from 9AM – 6PM (except public holidays) to assist in every possible way.

How to cancel the transaction?

Contact us immediately when you change you mind, we will let you know the next step to proceed.

Return or claim

  • Returns/Claims may only be requested if it falls within these conditions:

    • You received the wrong device/order.

    • Your order was damaged upon arrival.

    • There is a functional issue found with the device upon receiving it/within your warranty period.

  • In any case of a refund, you will be refunded via store credits. Store credit given will be based on the total amount paid for the order, excluding any discounts used. We do not accept cash refunds at this moment.

What does the warranty cover?

We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

However the warranty will be voided if there are obvious signs of physical damage and/or accidental damage.

 

Cosmetic wear and tear is also not covered. Also, any kind of water, liquid or moisture damage will void your warranty.

How do I return my order

  • Contact us by WhatsApp us. Our customer service representative will respond within 48 hours (working hours).

  • Please provide the following details upon reaching out to our team for a smoother request:

    • Order Number (exp: CAM9999)

    • Return Reason *kindly include photos/videos for verification purposes

  • Kindly remove all passwords (if any) upon returning the device. Passwords include your device passcode, Apple ID and other possible personal accounts set in the device.

  • Pack the item(s) with all provided accessories in the original packing.

  • Our customer service team will advise on the next steps to be taken!

  • Please expect an end-to-end return/claim service of up to 7 working days.

What is the battery health for the device?

All devices are guaranteed to have battery health ranging from 80-100%. Devices will be allocated according to stock availability. Therefore, customers currently do not have the option to select devices with specific battery health.

 

How can I check my order status?

You can always call or WhatsApp us to track the order status.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the whole Malaysia.

How long will it be until I receive my order?

It will generally take 1-2 working days from the date of purchase for us to process and ship out your order. 
Delivery time will vary depending on the courier service. Most of our customers received their parcel within 2-3 days (West Malaysia) and 3-5 days (East Malaysia). 

However, during peak seasons, some delays can be expected.

My shipment has not arrived yet and it’s passed the estimated arrival date. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support team and provide your invoice or order number to check the status. 

My shipment is damaged. What can I do?

We are really sorry to hear about that. Please provide your invoice or order number so that we can check with the courier service.

Also, we will be arranging for a pick-up for the item to the shipping address you provided to collect the item back. We will ship a replacement device to you as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item. What can I do?

We’re really sorry to hear about that. Please provide your invoice or order number so that we can check the order.

We apologize for the mistake and we will investigate this.

We will send out the correct device as soon as possible.

Do you do repairs?

We only provide repair services for devices purchased from us.

The warranty on the device should still be valid.

What is a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) device?

CPO Device, also known as original second-hand device.

Each of our device goes through a 32-Step Test Process to ensure that all our mobile devices are 100% functional before it is sold to you

What is the difference between Product Grades

The Grade refers to the appearance of the product. All our products are in perfect working condition. 

The condition or the grade of the phone is described as follows :-

Grade A: 

Physical appearance is original almost 95% New, fully functional, Near-mint condition, no signs of previous use.

Grade B:

Physical appearance is original almost 89% New, fully functional, Minor unnoticeable scratches

Grade C:

Physical appearance is original almost 70-80% New, fully functional, Visible Scratches 

Grade D:

Physical appearance is original almost 50% New, fully functional, Visible scratches and bumps or paint drops on the body.

Where is the device from?

We source our devices globally from various countries. Devices are allocated at random to customers depending on stock availability. Therefore, customers do not have the option to choose sets from specific countries/regions.

How long is my warranty coverage?

All devices come with a standard 2-month Yes! All devices are covered for a period of two (2) months from the date of sale. 

Does modifying the software void the warranty? (Jailbreak/Root)

Yes, modifying the software by either jailbreaking or rooting your device will void the warranty as this will open up the device to security risks.

What happens in the events of a successful warranty claim?

We will either:

- Repair the hardware defect at no charge

- Exchange the product with another original second hand product of an equivalent value
